Host an Event to Support VIPS

Want to throw a party, run a race, or host a golf outing and have it mean something? VIPS empowers families by providing educational excellence to young children with blindness or low vision, helping build a strong foundation for reaching their highest potential. Community fundraisers like yours are a huge part of how we make that possible.


We love seeing what people come up with. Past supporters have hosted Delta Gamma's Anchor Slam and the Middletown Lions Club Golf Scramble. Louisville Firefighter Bryce Carden even sold T-shirts and donated the proceeds, and Forever Young Cosmetic Surgery held a Botox raffle with proceeds benefiting VIPS. Others have kept it simple with a house party among friends. Whatever you're picturing; a bake sale, bunco night, car wash, golf tournament, car show, carnival, or something we haven't thought of yet, we'd love to help make it official.

Getting started is easy. Any fundraiser benefiting VIPS needs approval from our Development Department before it gets underway. Just complete the [Third-Party Special Event Application] and send it our way at least 30 days before your event date. Once we've reviewed and approved it, you're all set to start planning.
