Outreach Program
Children who are visually impaired and under the age of three years, and who are not eligible for direct intervention through either the Louisville or Central KY Offices may be served through the VIPS Outreach Program. Through Outreach, children can receive assessments and intervention services from a VIPS interventionist up to four times per year. Their families also receive information and support services and are eligible to attend any VIPS Parent or Family event.
