Twenty-five years ago, two women had a vision of providing a nurturing learning environment to babies and children affected by blindness or visual impairment. From this vision, VIPS was born.
Today, VIPS provides comprehensive outreach and preschool services to over 250 children and families each year in the state and region.
Please join us at this free event as we introduce a vital new program, the Friends of VIPS, toast these visionaries and celebrate 25 years of lives changed through VIPS' early intervention programs.
